throughout Europe. In 1924 the company expanded globally with the
establishment its first overseas office in New York.
1981
saw the advent of electronic meters and Landis+Gyr was there at the
forefront, developing and launching its first range of digital meters in
the industrial and commercial segments.
Through
the late 90s the company saw a series of different investors and
owners, including Elektrowatt, KKR and Siemens. In 2004 Bayard Capital
of Australia purchased the company with a vision of building the premier
energy management company in the world that would combine positive
environmental outcomes with the company's culture.
Experience:
5-7 yrs of exp in product management in metering industry. Knowledge of
product management and product lifecycyle. Candidates with application
engineering would be aright match.
Job
profile: Understand, develop and manage the Meter Communications
/System /Solution portfolio for Landis+Gyr India & ensure its
continued development/growth to meet target market needs in terms of
functional requirements, profitability and overall competitiveness. The
function requires close and collaborative working with Global
Development Centre Noida, (GDC), Sales, Customers, Stakeholders i.e.
ISGF,PFC, CEA, CERC, MOP, Key Utilities etc. for identifying and
developing products/systems & solutions to drive AMI/System business
growth in India.
Qualifications: Engineering Degree - Preferably Electrical/Electronics/Comp. Science+MBA Marketing (Preferred)
