TRACK YOUR PREPAID ACCOUNT ONLINE USING AIRTEL MY ACCOUNT SERVICE

Now Airtel prepaid customers can track their account online using Airtel My Account services. For availing this service visit www.airtel.in and select “My account“,Now from the pop-up select “prepaid“.Now enter your phone number, a password will be sent to your number. Using this password you can access your Airtel prepaid account online. Using this service customers can know their balance and validity, current tariff details, currently using handset details, activate value added services,3G etc. There is also provision to register complaints. It is believed that soon other telecom operators will also come up with a similar service. Earlier Airtel had come up with online recharge option through netbanking in their website.
