Job Description for SCCM Administrator



·         SCCM 2007 admin experience of minimum 3-5 years

·         SCCM 2003 experience is mandatory.

·         Windows admin experience of minimum 2 years

·         Sound technical knowledge on SCCM 2007 administration

·         Sound technical knowledge on Win2k/Win2K3 server administration

·         Good troubleshooting skills

·         Result oriented, takes ownership of the issue till resolution

·         Should be able to stretch for extended hours when required

·         Ready to work at Hyderabad in 24x7 shifts without any constraints

·         Good English communication skills (both verbal and written)

·         Should be process-oriented and be able to adapt to process changes in the operation

·         Should have clarity on priority of issues/problems

·         Sensitive to SLAs/metrics

·         Ability to effectively coordinate work with less supervision

·         Understanding on reporting requirements and able to prepare and send reports on time

·         Should be a good team player

·         Good in time management and multitasking

Academic:

·         Engineering graduate or Diploma/MCA/BCA

·         MCSE certification is essential
