8+ years with at least 4+ years in a Process Improvement role

BE/ B. Tech / B.Com/ CA. (Post Graduate qualification preferable)

• Six Sigma/Lean certified at a Black Belt , Master Black Belt level. Thorough knowledge of Quality methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, etc
• Onshore consulting experience would be an advantage
• Exposure to BFS / Insurance / Capital Markets segments is required
• Prior experience in International BPO environment is mandatory
