Technical Support Executive-(voice)

Qualification: Any graduate B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / BCA / B.E or pursuing graduation through correspondence

No Post graduates.

Experience: 0-2 Years

Fresher's package will start from Rs. 2, 47,000 Per Annum

Job Profile:
- Handling inbound calls
- Troubleshooting the Technical issues of the customers
- Support US customers/Canadian customers

Desired Profile:
- Good communication skill
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in night shifts
