· Lead a testing engagement independently by leveraging deep understanding of test planning, estimation, management, testing tools and approaches to manage complex multi-disciplinary projects.
· Provide technical oversight, tools strategy/usage/adoption, ensuring technical quality of the solution
· Should have test delivered a new application/solution. Been the sole test delivery manager with complete Accountability for a large project
· Leveraged Agile testing methodology
· Good client exposure for all interactions – initial engagement conversations, stakeholder buy-in for test strategy, test risks and dependencies identified and shared for shared accountability with clients
· Exhibit thought leadership in defining strategies for different engagements involving complex technology and business
