Job Location:  Mumbai (Bombay)
Job Description:  7 to 8 years hard core field experience in the area of Installation, commissioning & servicing of Capital Machinery.
Must have experience in Customer support function Communication with customer in relation to all After sales service requirement of the Company and guiding & directing the Service technicians.
Must have problem solving ability and resolve conflicts.
Must have good communication skills in English ( both oral & written)
Must have worked in a competitive environment and should be result oriented.
Experience from Packaging Machinery Industry may be given an added weightage.
Must be willing to travel extensively in both Domestic & Export markets.

Job Responsibilities:-

Shall be responsible for all activities related to Customer Support function of the company
Shall lead a team of service Technician s from the front & take all required follow-up actions ( both Internal & External ), after their visits.
Shall be responsible for all MIS report, relating to Customer support function.
Shall be responsible for all machine trials at the Factory Internal trials as well as Factory acceptance test to customer.

Training of client s operating personnel .

Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
