Q)Why were banks nationalised?
Q)What is the total count of no. Of PSU banks in India?
Q)Name any two banks which have overseas centre?
Q)What is bank Rate ?
Q)What is PLR and who decides them?
Q)Can yu pls explain me monetary and fiscal policy in brief?
Q)What is Forex reserve of India?
Q)Where is the note printing press?
Q)What is NRE Account?
Q)A hypothetical question...which one would yu prefer syndicate bank posting in rural areas or IOB giving yu posting in metros..a small disclaimer:I had an interview call for IOB....and they asked me which all banks have yu qualified..
Now i being from jharkhand they asked:
Q)Famous international personality of jharkhand?
Q)Who is speaker of lok shabha..Name?
Q)Who holds the post for Speaker of rajya shabha?
Q)Who is chief minister of jharkhand?
Now the patent question which everybody can expect
Q)Why yu want to shift to banks after working in IT?
Q)Would yu be able to work in rural areas?
So guys they can ask yu anything but be prepared with basics at least..
My Interview was for abt 25 mins..i answered 90-95% of the questions Except a very Few as i was not aware of them and did not wanted to make any wild guess

Am btech in IT from west bengal. Scored 156 frm sc. During giving % marks i have given cgpa by * 10. Whether there any chance of disqualify?pls reply sir?

DeleteYes sir. I have secured 1st cls in btech. But during form filling of ibps clerk written xam,i have written the marks of btech by multiplying by 10.converting cgpa score into %. But recently i come to know that actual rule is 1st substracting cgpa by .75. Then multiply by 10. Thereafter my score is 1st cls. My question is that whether that mistake could create any problem during interview sir?pls reply sir.
ReplyDeletedont' worry .it's not a problem.when u will go to interview.After Compleation of u r interview tell the problem,The Job is based on U r IBPS score,they negligible mistakes. Ok all the best for u r Interview.
