*3+ Years of exp in Performance engineering -Testing
*Hands on exp in Silk Performer
*Good exposure to any of the scripting languages like Python, Perl Scripting
*Should be good in profiling like Monitor Profiling, SQl Profiling or any of the 3rd Party Profiling tools
*OS - Windows
*Database - Oracle
*Should have strong Analysis background
