We are looking for
enthusiastic and passionate developers having exposure in web technologies
with following key attributes & competencies
Ø Exposure
in developing Web based applications using
technologies like Ruby on Rails, Java, other Open Source technologies
etc.
Ø Knowledge
of Node.js, Sinatra, Rack, Rails internals would be a huge plus
Ø Knowledge
of MVC, Design patterns is a must
Ø Hands
on experience or good knowledge of MySQL / Oracle and database design,
modeling, performance tuning etc.
Ø Knowledge
of jQuery, CSS, HAML, SASS, SCSS would be an added advantage
Ø Good
communication and analytical skills are must
Ø Added
advantage if you have exposure in test driven development, continuous
integration using hudson, jenkins or cruise control, automation testing etc.
Ø Posses
AGILE mindset i.e. he / she can adapt to frequently changing requirements
Ø Passionate
about technology and likes to innovate
