These skills include - Presentation layer development skills for developing JSP, Tag-libraries, Servlets, Action class, Helper class components - Business layer development skills for developing business objects [EJB, Java objects, Application service components],Struts - Development skills in the integration layer for development of DAOs [both JDBC & non JDBC components], Transaction management, and concurrency. • Expertise of IDEs for development. • Good oral / written communication skills. • Willing to work in 24x7 shifts.
