Job Description : Trainee Engineers * Selected candidates will be trained on niche technologies in IT Service Management Space (BMC Remedy ITSM / BMC BSM / BMC ESM, etc.) for 3 months and then work as consultants in the same space. * (BMC Remedy ITSM is suite of applications including BMC Remedy Service Desk. BMC Remedy is widely used in Fortune 500 organizations.BMC Software is a market leader in the ITSM space. Many of the BMC applications are built over BMC Remedy ARS development framework.) * BMC Remedy / BSM consultants and developers generally have faster career growth trajectory as compared to plain Java / C / .NET programmers. Skills : * Very good programming skills in Java / C / C++ / .NET * Good Aptitude, analytical and problem solving skills are necessary * Very good communication skills * Experience combining analysis, design, development and implementation of object oriented (OO) concept based applications * Willingness to relocate to Pune * Willing to learn new skills Selection Process: • 1st round – Aptitude, C, Java plus Programming round – candidates have to solve program • 2nd GD / Extempore • 3rd HR Round
