Job Description and responsibilities:
• Strong in Manual, Automation and database testing (preferably SQL Server otherwise oracle is also fine) – writing complex queries, stored procedures, triggers.
• Experience in testing concepts – test planning, test methodologies, test strategies , test scenarios etc( complete test life cycle).
• To work closely with Project stakeholders for requirement understanding.
• Document test development, execution and overall project status in weekly reports.
• Maintaining & tracking of defects or issues, and provide detailed information in the form of logs and steps to reproduce.
• Test effort estimation and test execution for area of responsibility.
• Create test plans and build test cases based upon requirements, designs and specifications.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Good communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of VB.Net, ASP.Net, SQL Server & testing tools.
• Sound knowledge or experience on Manual and automation testing.
• 0 – 1.5 years of experience in manual testing.
