Age Limit: Candidates age is minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years as on 01/07/2011.
Educational Qualification: Any Degree with First Class with 60% marks or equivalent. IBPS Score obtained in CWE for POs/MTs 2011 for OBC category 141 and above.
Application Fee:
Through Challan: For OBC candidates Rs-200/-, for OBC – PWD candidates Rs-50/- paid through CBS at any branches of Andhra Bank in CBS Account No.117911100000849 with Pattabhi Bhavan Branch in the name & style of "ANDHRA BANK PROBATIONARY OFFICERS RECRUITMENT PROJECT-2011-12 between 23/01/2012 to 14/02/2012.

Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September 2011/November 2011 and Group Discussion and/Interview.

Instructions for Online Applying:
1. Before online apply candidates have a valid email id to know the information regarding call letter, interview, group discussion etc.
2. Candidates are first login the bank website and click on the link Recruitment of Probationary Officers.
3. Candidates take the print out of Challan form and pay the application fee at any branch of Andhra Bank.
4. After payment of application fee candidates take the copy of Challan with the details of bank name & BIC No, Transaction ID/Scroll number, Date of deposit/amount filled by the branch official.
5. Now candidates open the online application form and fill all the details carefully at the appropriate places.
6. Original fee payment challan/ NEFT Receipt will have to be submitted with the Call Letter at the time of Group Discussion/ Interview.
7. Candidates take the printout of filled online application and paste a passport size photograph for future reference.
