Age limit: The candidates age limit is above 21 year but below 40 years for the post of Officer MMG Scale-III, above 21 years but below 32 years for the post of Officer MMG Scale-II, above 21 years but below 32 years for the post of Officer MMG Scale-II (IT) and between 18 years & 28 years for the post of Office Assistants as on 01-07-2011, relaxation as per rules.
Educational qualification: Degree from a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks for the post Officer MMG Scale-III, Degree from a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks for the post of Officer MMG Scale-II, Degree from a recognized University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks for the post of Officer MMG Scale-II (IT) and Bachelor Degree or its equivalent of a recognized University in any discipline for the post of Office Assistants (Multipurpose).
Application Fee: Candidates pay the fee in the form challan for Rs 350/- for general candidates and Rs 50/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXS candidates paid in any branch of Canara Bank from 17-08-2011 and 16-09-2011 only.
Selection procedure: The selection will be made on the basis of performance in written test and interview.

2. Before applying online candidates first download the fee payment challan from the Banks website and paid at in any branch of Canara Bank from 17-08-2011 and 16-09-2011.
3. Candidates should have a valid email ID, in case a candidate does not have a valid personal email ID, they should create their new email ID before applying online.
4. Candidates should fill up the application available after clicking the link given in the notification.
5. Branch Code and Branch Transaction Journal Number noted on the Challan form should be correctly filled in the application at appropriate place.
6. Candidates after filling up all the mandatory fields and security check box, should be submitted by a click on the submit button.
7. Candidates should be filled all the mandatory fields, otherwise the system will not accept the application.
8. After submission of online application candidates should note/remember the Registration number and Password for future reference and use.
9. The Bank was provide the modify the submitted online application; the modification facility shall be available after two days of registration and up to 18-09-2011.
10. Candidates will not be permitted for the Written Test without the production of this Challan and Photograph.
