ఎమ్మార్‌ అవకతవకల కేసులో కోనేరు ప్రసాద్‌ను సీబీఐ అధికారులు అరెస్టుచేశారు. రేపు ఉదయం ఆయనను కోర్టులో ప్రవేశపెడతారు. విలాసవంతమైన విల్లాల అమ్మకాల్లో అక్రమాలకు పాల్పడినట్లు ఆదారాలు స్పష్టంగా దొరకడంతో సీబీఐ కీలక చర్యలకు ఉపక్రమించింది.

హైకోర్టు ఆదేశాలమేరకు ఆగస్టు 17న ఎమ్మార్‌ వ్యవహారంపై సీబీఐ కేసునమోదుచేసింది. తప్పుడు లెక్కలతో ఏపీఐఐసీని మోసం చేసిన స్త్టెలిష్‌హోం రికార్డుల్లో గజం రూ.5వేలు ధర నమోదుచేసి గజం రూ.25 వేల నుంచి రూ.50వేలకు విక్రయించింది. ఈ వ్యవహారంలో స్త్టెలిష్‌హోం ప్రతినిధులు రూ.కోట్లు కొల్లగొట్టినట్లు సీబీఐ దర్యాప్తులో వెల్లడైంది. ఎమ్మార్‌ కుంభకోణంలో కోనేరు ప్రసాద్‌, రంగారావులు కీలకపాత్ర పోషించినట్లు సీబీఐ భావిస్తోంది.

ఎమ్మార్‌ కేసులో కోనేరు ప్రసాద్‌ అవకతవకలకు పాల్పడినట్లు తమ వద్ద పూర్తి ఆధారాలున్నాయని సీబీఐ జేడీ లక్ష్మీనారాయణ అన్నారు. మరిన్ని సాక్ష్యాలు సేకరించేందుకే కోనేరు ప్రసాద్‌ను అరెస్టు చేసినట్లు ఆయన తెలిపారు. సెక్షన్‌ 160 కింద ఓఎంసీ కేసులో జగన్‌ను విచారించేందుకు సమన్లు జారీ చేసినట్లు లక్ష్మీనారాయణ తెలిపారు.
